ONSITE Gentle Hatha Flow Yoga w/ Elizabeth Anderson

12:15 – 1:00 pm (EST), monthly on the 4th Wednesday of each month.

Please join for a gentle flow yoga for renewed calm of the body, mind and spirit. Each gentle flow session will focus on an entire gentle body stretch of holding poses for a few breath rounds to deepen the stretch and relax the body. A theme for each month will be set. The practice will also focus on an intention as well that you come up within yourself. Leave this 45-minute session with a clear mind, renewed spirit and love to your physical body!

I became interested in the physical practice of yoga when I became pregnant with my daughter as a way to remain active 17 years ago, and I still love it.  About a year ago, I received my 200-hour yoga certification which included yoga for anxiety and yoga Nidra. I’m learning that yoga is so much more than the pose, that it is a constant practice and walk through life that takes me more into the mediative as well.  I’m still learning and would be honored to share and experience this growth with anyone that wants to join me in a gentle Hatha Yoga practice at bliss.
