LEARN HOW TO HEAL BY USING YOUR HIGHER SELF AS A GUIDE THROUGH MUSCLE TESTING What I have discovered through my long journey of learning how to heal, is that every single one of us regardless of our intelligence or education has the ability to self-heal and to teach others how to do it as well. The principles are stunningly simple, and very easy to learn, and the amount of knowledge (in terms of facts) that you need to acquire can be learned in a day or two. However, the wisdom that is required may take a while, because it encompasses responsibility, patience, and resourcefulness, along with a dose of spirituality and an understanding of manifestation. I can teach you the principles, but I cannot impart all the qualities that you will need to arrive at success. It requires a lot of time and willingness to open your mind to the fact that you, yes you, are more powerful than you’ve been led to believe your entire life. You can do this: You have to really want it. (Strong desire) You have to clear the way in your mind and actions. (Be present) Put it in front of your list of priorities. (Self-care should come first) Are you up to the challenge? Are you ready to do what you need to do to arrive at the best health you could ever want, with the physical and psychic energy to feel like you could conquer the world? Then these classes are for you. Facilitator: Nikki Lang, drnikkilang@gmail.com If my husband were still alive (he passed February 6, 2026) we would be celebrating our 32nd wedding anniversary this coming April, which is a big deal, since this is the third time around for both of us. Thirty some years ago after my divorce from my second husband but before I met prince charming, I was gallivanting off to Puerto Rico for some fun in the sun and was suffering my usually preflight anxiety. I was overcome by fear of flying but swore I would not let it interfere with my life. While contemplating the flight with intense nervousness, a sudden calm came over me with the simultaneous thought that I was not going to die for a long time, because God had a plan for me and this was not my time to leave this world. And just like it took me three times to find the right soulmate, it took me a lifetime of family medical practice and then retirement to discover my true calling…….to deny much of what I was taught in medical school and to teach people how to heal themselves. These last five years have been a fascinating journey into naturopathy and how I learned to connect to my higher self in order to discover the healing methods that are perfect for each one of us. Many integrative physicians arrived at their conclusions from experiencing an illness of their own and found that traditional allopathic medicine wasn’t the answer, but too often they fixate on the method that worked for them as the holy grail for others. We are all different and what is right for one person is not necessarily the answer for others. Muscle testing with discernment can put you in touch with your higher self and lead you to the methods of healing that are ideal for you. It’s definitely a skill that needs to be honed, but once conquered you will discover how your God-given immune system holds all the answers. Healing from any illness is actually quite simple, the really hard part is overcoming all the impediments that stop us from being a thoughtful, discerning, responsible human being. My hope is to be able to not only convey to you the skills to heal yourself, but to give you the confidence to do the same for others. After all, humans helping other humans is the goal of the universe, wouldn’t you say?
ONSITE Drop-in Slow Stitching Mixed Media Art w/ Lena Vieira

5:30 – 7:00 pm (EST), every 2nd & 4th Wednesday at bliss, 1007 Johnnie Dodds Blvd, The Mezzanine Suite 228 in Mt. Pleasant. When bliss connections & experiences nourish your soul, please consider making a tax-deductible donation at givetobliss.com. Thank-you for your friendship & support. All skill levels are welcome. I want to share this wonderful, meditative handiwork with you. Slow stitching or intuitive sewing combines techniques and traditions from quilting, mending, embroidery, Japanese Sashiko and Indian Kantha. For centuries people have used hand stitching to mend, create textiles and adorn clothing or furnishings. Common and versatile stitches will be taught along with embroidery stitches. In this class we will create a small art piece with scraps of cotton fabric and embroidery floss. We will explore color, texture, composition and make space for a quiet, mindful practice. You will find slow stitch projects are very portable with no right or wrong way to create. I love to use this as a self-care practice as slow stitching requires you to be fully engaged. With every stitch I find a deeper sense of calm. There will be lots of interesting fabric, beautiful embroidery thread and a variety of needles. If you feel inspired to bring some cloth, lace, textile scraps, etc, you are welcome to. Facilitator: Lena Vieira, lenasglass@gmail.com Lena is primarily a mosaic artist, though she also slow stitches, creates mixed media and assemblage pieces. Growing up amongst the beauty of Northern California spawned a great affection for nature, which is evident in her work. Lena has curated art shows and shown her glass mosaics in many galleries as well as taught art classes in mosaics, slow stitch, lino block printing and mixed media assemblage. Her approach to her artwork as in other aspects of her life is emotional, looking for growth, healing and meaning. Lena is a student at The Somatic Institute for Women and loves to integrate the teachings of shadow work and feminine exploration into her pieces.

What creative outlets are you pursuing to share your passion and excitement? How can you tap in more to the joy of your inner self as you pursue your personal and career goals? We will do some brainstorming, storytelling, co-creating, and plenty of laughing. We also love to geek out on our favorite books and thought leaders around these topics. Most importantly, we aim to tap into joy, clarity, and alignment. Bring your stories, questions, curiosity, intentions, and open mind. We are co-creating a space where you can feel both inspired and seen. Facilitator: Chris Cunniffe, chris@lucidcoaching.com Chris enjoys multiple passions. He is a real estate entrepreneur (Engel & Völkers Charleston) and an abundance coach (Lucid Coaching, LLC). In his coaching practice, Chris seeks to blend the yang or masculine energy foundation of his early adult years (his experience as an entrepreneur, legal advisor and business advisor) with the yin or feminine energy that has steadily emerged within my consciousness in more recent years, especially the intuition, wisdom and creativity that he has gleaned from studying his dreams. Chris has enjoyed a longstanding interest in metaphysical and personal development books including books about near death experiences, parallel lives, the mystical branches of various religions, channeled wisdom, lucid dreaming, dream yoga, and other spiritual topics. Following the suggestion of several teachers that resonated strongly with him, he began keeping a formal dream journal in 2011. Fertilized by this focus and attention, his dream life blossomed in its intensity, vividness, and insightfulness. In this lifetime, Chris was raised in Massapequa (Long Island), NY. He studied economics and political science at Holy Cross College and then graduated from Harvard Law School in 1996. Drawn to its warm weather and beaches, he relocated from New York City to the Charleston, SC area in 1998. He is blessed to share his life with his beautiful wife (Ann). Chris has previously served as a board member of two local nonprofits – bliss Spiritual Co-op, Inc. and The Charleston Jung Society.
ONSITE Dream and Synchronicity Sharing Circle w/ Chris Cunniffe
7:00 – 8:30 pm (EST), monthly on the 3rd Tuesday at bliss, 1007 Johnnie Dodds Blvd, The Mezzanine Suite 228 in Mt. Pleasant. When bliss connections & experiences nourish your soul, please consider making a tax-deductible donation at givetobliss.com. Thank-you for your friendship & support. Newcomers and experienced practitioners are both welcome. You are invited to bring either a sleep-state dream or a waking life synchronicity (or both) to share with the group. When we tune into our dreams, we tap into a very deep well of both wisdom and creativity. Dreams and synchronicity events are both powerful encounters that teach us about the true nature of waking life. In addition to ordinary dreams, we will also be discussing extraordinary dreams such as lucid dreams, telepathic dreams, and precognitive dreams (precognitive dreams can also be thought of as a special form of synchronicity). We will also share our best techniques for recalling and recording our dream and synchronicity experiences. Facilitator: Chris Cunniffe, chris@lucidcoaching.com Chris enjoys multiple passions.
