Embark on a journey with kindred spirits through Twice, A novel by Mitch Albom. Alfie discovers at age eight that he can get a second chance at any moment in his life, but he must live with the consequences of his second try, with the major caveat that he can never make someone fall in love with him more than once. It’s a story of second chances, love, and the realization that some things, like true love, can’t be redone. Together, we will explore the wisdom lessons and insights offered on the page as they apply to our combined life experiences. Related questions to ponder will be offered to evoke deep thought and meaningful sharing. ONSITE Self-Exploration through Poetry w/ Tish Voit

After a brief round of introductions, we will begin each class with a fun warm-up exercise to get our creative juices flowing. Next, we will explore utilizing a fresh writing prompt for each class to delve a bit deeper during a 20-minute timed stream of consciousness writing exercise designed to quiet the inner critic. Then we will have the opportunity to share what we have put on paper in its pure unedited form. All levels are welcomed and encouraged to enter our circle. Sharing your work is optional and helps us discover more about you. We may offer further growth opportunities to share your poems through open poetry reading events at bliss and other local venues. 2026 New Year Address
2026 is the year of the Fire Horse. This combination emerges once every 60 years and is characterized by: Unstoppable Energy (drive for ambitious goals) Bold Transformation (initiating radical shifts) Freedom & Independence (defying limitations) Courage & Passion (determined & adventurous spirit) Duality (balance of action & groundedness) Together we are engaging life itself, roaming realms, exploring the many facets of creation, and discovering liberty through our collective authenticity. Blissfully Speaking Episode 1 with Founder Tish Voit
In the realm of personal development and community building, there are few organizations as unique and inspiring as Bliss. Founded by Tish Voit, Bliss is a haven for individuals seeking encouragement, knowledge, and inspiration. In a recent interview on the YouTube series “Blissfully Speaking,” Tish shares the story behind Bliss and offers insights into its transformative impact. The Birth of Bliss Tish Voit’s journey to founding Bliss was not a sudden epiphany but a persistent “nudge” that she felt over time. She envisioned a place where people could find solace, encouragement, and inspiration at any time, not just during specific events or retreats. This vision led to the creation of Bliss, a place designed to be a retreat that people could turn to whenever they felt the need. The Power of Totem Animals In the interview, Tish discusses the concept of totem animals, specifically the owl, which symbolizes her passion for creating things that are unseen and making them seen. This is a perfect metaphor for Bliss, which was once an unseen concept in Tish’s mind and has now become a tangible reality that benefits many. Finding Facilitators One of the unique aspects of Bliss is its approach to finding facilitators. Rather than actively seeking them out, Tish explains that facilitators find Bliss on their own, often because they are looking for a community where they can share their unique gifts. This organic process has led to a diverse and open-minded community that values each member’s contributions. Community Building at Bliss Tish’s favorite part of her work at Bliss is helping new facilitators co-create their classes and watching them grow over the years. She believes that everyone has a piece of the puzzle, and by interacting with each other, they can put the puzzle together. This philosophy is why she encourages facilitators to attend each other’s classes, fostering a sense of camaraderie and mutual support. The Blissful Model Bliss operates on donations, which Tish believes takes the pressure off facilitators. Instead of feeling like people have made a big investment in what they’re going to bring to the table, facilitators can focus on exchanging energy and love with their students. Finding Personal Bliss For Tish, personal bliss comes from quiet time where she gets “downloads” from God about how to prioritize and be the best leader. She also finds joy in her porch, where she grows succulents, each with its own name. Yin and Yang Activities Bliss offers a balance of Yin and Yang activities, from walking meditations in the Labyrinth to performances on the stage. This balance ensures that there is something for everyone, regardless of their preferences or needs. The Magic of Community Above all, Tish believes that the community aspect of Bliss is what makes people stay. While the classes are important, it’s the feeling of being together that truly makes Bliss special. Now that we have expanded into our new ONSITE space you may choose to share ONSITE, ONLINE or OFFSITE.
