Are you feeling “stuck” with your current life situation or simply seeking to improve your wellbeing? Join me for an Emotion Code session to release negative, trapped emotions and energies in order to allow your body to do what it’s designed to do! It is my belief that we are here to be happy, joyous and free! The Emotion, Body, and Belief Code was developed by Dr. Bradley Nelson. It’s a form of holistic healing that allows us to identify and release trapped emotions and energies in both people and animals. Spiritual energy is often linked to our emotional, mental and physical health. Positive emotions and thoughts are believed to enhance energy, while negative emotions and thoughts deplete it. It’s believed that negative emotions/energies are found to be the leading cause of dis-ease. My sessions do not “cure” anything, it helps bring our bodies back to homeostasis. Let your body do what your body’s created to do. If you’re carrying pain-emotional, physical, or spiritual-that feels stuck or unexplainable, I invite you to take a step toward release. Healing is possible! Wholeness is our birthright! In the session we will ask your subconscious simple yes/no questions and use kinesiology (muscle testing) to identify and release the trapped emotion, one at a time. At times our subconscious will need to know more about a particular emotion such as year of occurrence, associated event, or type of emotion. We do not have to relive the trauma or event to clear the negative emotions which I have personally found extremely helpful. With your permission, I tap into your subconscious then find and release your trapped emotions. This type of work has been used for thousands of years. Prepare for your session: Hydrate, rest and be open to receive! Get clear on a few issues you would like to address during your session. Your issues could include and are not limited to recurring unwanted thoughts or limiting beliefs, chronic physical issues, goal-oriented issues (lack of motivation for a project, for example). If you can’t think of anything specific, I’m happy to make suggestions or we can simply do “Body’s Choice”. Rate whatever issue you would like to address on a scale of 1-10, 10 being most severe in order to note changes. What to expect after your session: The processing period can last from one to three days. During and after this time, you may experience a shift in how you feel mentally, spiritually, emotionally and/or physically. It is very common to feel lighter, calmer, and happier. You may also notice that you feel more motivated to achieve your goals. I always request that any necessary side effects be mild and manageable, and that your system integrates the work in the most gentle and supportive way possible. Occasionally, your body and energy field may respond as old energies release. This is temporary and often very subtle but may include sleepiness, increased sensitivity, irritability or heightened emotions and brief “echoes” of emotions released. If these reactions last longer than a few days, it may mean there is more energy to release. You’re welcome to check with me to see if a follow up session is needed. I will email session notes and provide additional information on what I’ve personally found helpful. If you have questions or concerns don’t hesitate to call/text me. Healing is a process. Sometimes we clear a lot in a single session, other times, healing happens in layers. That’s completely normal. Whether change feels immediate or gradual, the goal is always to move stuck energy so you can create the optimal conditions for healing to unfold. Be gentle with yourself, stay hydrated, and listen to your body! Drink plenty of water, rest when needed, and notice how your body and spirit begin to settle into a more balanced rhythm. Thank you! 11:00 am – 12:00 pm (EST) AND 12:00 – 1:00 pm (EST) every 2nd and 4th Wednesday in the HEALING room at bliss, 1007 Johnnie Dodds Blvd, The Mezzanine Suire 228 in Mt. Pleasant. This session is for anyone who has suffered a big or small trauma and holds it in their body in the form of fear, stuckness, resistance, depression, anxiety, weight, disease, and/or pain. Trauma can include any form of abuse, diseases, medical conditions or body injuries. Sessions will include talk and creative approaches to recognizing and releasing this trauma and building a better relationship with our bodies. Some creative modalities include guided imagery, art, dance/movement therapy, authentic movement, archetype identification, journaling, story reframing or retelling, and/or activation and attunement with our goddesses, God(s), angels/archangels, and guides.
