In these stressful and uncertain times our brain and body’s ability to adapt and function optimally is often compromised leaving us open to increasing effects of stress on our health. But you do not have to let stress rob you of a great quality of life. BrainTap is a technology that can help your brain relax, reboot and strengthen providing you with maximized brain potential. Each Participant will be seated in a zero-gravity reclining chair and provided with a BrainTap Headset featuring 5 powerful technologies that blend light, sound and spoken word specifically intended to achieve Freedom from Stress. The earphones themselves provide Auriculotherapy with 9 LED lights which positively affect the body’s organs and systems. Facilitator: Dr. Antoinette Biegaj, dynamikdc@gmail.com, 843.856.9466 Dr. Antoinette is a Pediatric and Family Chiropractor and owner of FAMILY WELLNESS CHIROPRACTIC established in Mount Pleasant since 2000. After having a positive experience with chiropractic care at the age of 8, my lifegoal was to become a chiropractor myself and positively impact the lives of others through chiropractic care. I have been involved in this community hosting events such as Kids Day America and Wellness Day America as well as participating in multiple health-oriented expos. I am a member of the Mount Pleasant Chamber of Commerce, formerly known as the Mount Pleasant Business Association. My mission is to help as many people as I possibly can experience their greatest health potential as each of us has been born to be healthy and well. My training and experience have caused me to focus on Brain-Based Wellness because the brain is the central command center of the body. Therefore, by working with the ‘boss’ of the body versus treating the effects, peak health potential can be fully achieved and expressed.

ONSITE Men’s Group: Support, Community, and Practical Tools for Life w/ Michael Lewis

7:00 – 8:30 pm (EST), every 1st & 3rd Tuesday at bliss, 1007 Johnnie Dodds Blvd, the Mezzanine Suite 228 in Mt Pleasant. Please gather in the Conference room, last door on the left. When bliss connections & experiences nourish your soul, please consider making a donation at givetobliss.com. Thank-you for your continued friendship & support. This ongoing men’s group is a space to build real community, talk honestly about life, and grow together. Each gathering offers room for connection, support, and practical reflection around the challenges many men carry, including stress, relationships, purpose, work, habits, emotions, and change. The group is open to men at any stage of life and does not require prior experience with group work or Internal Family Systems. Men from different backgrounds, identities, and life experiences are welcome. The intention is to create a respectful environment where men can speak openly, listen well, and build real connection across differences. My approach is informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), a model that helps people understand the different parts of themselves with greater awareness, compassion, and choice. In this group, that lens may be used in simple and accessible ways to support conversation, self-understanding, and growth. This is not therapy, but it is a grounded space for honest sharing, self-awareness, and building the inner and relational skills that strengthen community. Facilitator: Micheal Lewis, fullyexpresscoach@gmail.com Michael Lewis is a facilitator, coach, and group leader with a master’s degree in psychology and a deep interest in healing, self-understanding, and authentic connection. His work is especially informed by Internal Family Systems, mindfulness, and compassionate self-inquiry. Michael is passionate about creating spaces where people can be real, feel supported, and develop practical tools for navigating life with greater clarity, compassion, and choice. His groups are grounded, welcoming, and oriented toward both personal growth and meaningful community. Learn more on the website: fullyexpress.com
