When the Body Speaks: The Hidden Link Between Physical and Emotional Pain A class on how chronic pain, depression, anxiety, and limiting beliefs keep us stuck— and how the subconscious holds the key to lasting relief. Chronic pain/illness rarely tells the whole truth about itself. A stiff shoulder, daily head aches, an aching back, a knee that never quite heals — often these aren’t just physical events. With the exception of physical trauma, trapped emotions/energy are the source of the pain or dis-ease. The body has a remarkable way of holding onto what the mind has never fully released, and until that trapped energy is acknowledged, the pain/dis-ease keeps returning no matter how many times it’s treated. In this class, we’ll explore the real, often-overlooked connection between physical pain/illness and negative energy/emotions— and why so many people who’ve tried everything for their chronic discomfort and still haven’t found lasting relief. We will explore how trapped emotions can lodge in the body, cause dis-ease, how the subconscious mind already knows what needs to be released, and how healing becomes possible once that connection is understood. Together we will use different methods of kinesiology (muscle testing) to find what works for you. Our conscious mind is comparable to the tip of an iceberg, the subconscious is the autopilot under the water that controls the way we act, feel, and process information. What we’ll cover: – Finding and removing the root cause of pain/illness – Sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system and homeostasis – How are subconscious is programmed from conception to around 7 years old – How trapped emotions and inherited emotional patterns can settle in the body over time – The basics of the Emotion Code approach to identifying and releasing what’s been held – Simple, grounded practices you can use on your own between sessions – A guided space to ask questions and begin your own process of understanding and healing. You won’t be asked to relive old wounds or dig up more than you’re ready to share — this work follows a “less is more” philosophy. The goal is release, not re-injury. This is complementary to any and all medical care you are currently receiving and highly recommend sharing what we learn with your physician. That process felt like being reborn. Today, I dedicate my life to serving others and helping with guiding them to release what no longer serves them. I serve people with SUD’s (substance use disorders), work with their friends and families–so they too can return home to themselves. My work is heart centered, intuitive, and grounded in the belief that true healing begins when we are finally seen, heard, and energetically free.
