ONSITE Men’s Group: Support, Community, and Practical Tools for Life w/ Michael Lewis

7:00 – 8:30 pm (EST), every 1st & 3rd Tuesday at bliss, 1007 Johnnie Dodds Blvd, the Mezzanine Suite 228 in Mt Pleasant. Please gather in the Conference room, last door on the left. When bliss connections & experiences nourish your soul, please consider making a donation at givetobliss.com. Thank-you for your continued friendship & support. This ongoing men’s group is a space to build real community, talk honestly about life, and grow together. Each gathering offers room for connection, support, and practical reflection around the challenges many men carry, including stress, relationships, purpose, work, habits, emotions, and change. The group is open to men at any stage of life and does not require prior experience with group work or Internal Family Systems. Men from different backgrounds, identities, and life experiences are welcome. The intention is to create a respectful environment where men can speak openly, listen well, and build real connection across differences. My approach is informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), a model that helps people understand the different parts of themselves with greater awareness, compassion, and choice. In this group, that lens may be used in simple and accessible ways to support conversation, self-understanding, and growth. This is not therapy, but it is a grounded space for honest sharing, self-awareness, and building the inner and relational skills that strengthen community. Facilitator: Micheal Lewis, fullyexpresscoach@gmail.com Michael Lewis is a facilitator, coach, and group leader with a master’s degree in psychology and a deep interest in healing, self-understanding, and authentic connection. His work is especially informed by Internal Family Systems, mindfulness, and compassionate self-inquiry. Michael is passionate about creating spaces where people can be real, feel supported, and develop practical tools for navigating life with greater clarity, compassion, and choice. His groups are grounded, welcoming, and oriented toward both personal growth and meaningful community. Learn more on the website: fullyexpress.com

ONSITE Yoga for Every Body w/ Carol Campo

11:00 am – 12:00 pm (EST), weekly Tuesday at bliss, 1007 Johnnie Dodds Blvd, The Mezzanine Suite 228 in Mt. Pleasant. When bliss connections & experiences nourish your soul, please consider making a donation at givetobliss.com. Thank-you for your continued friendship & support. Come as you are yoga! This class is right for everybody interested in yoga, whether you are new or have been practicing for years! In this class, we will mindfully move through each asana (pose), taking our time to experience how our body feels in each pose and breathing through every sensation. Along the way, we will discuss yoga and how yogic philosophy can help in our everyday lives. We will end each class with an extended savasana (relaxed mindful meditation) allowing our bodies to fully incorporate the movement of the class with our breath. What a great weekly reset! I look forward to flowing with you! Facilitator: Carol Campo, carolferrarodecampo@gmail.com When Carol was in college, she was fortunate to spend nine months in Japan. While sitting atop a hill in Kyoto at a temple listening to the local monk’s chant, she had an epiphany that there was more to life than the business degree she was studying. Upon returning home, she gradually started to explore different spiritual avenues. Years later she began practicing yoga via an on-line app. Seeing her life start to change for the better, she decided to dig a little deeper. In 2020, in the middle of the pandemic, she made the decision to totally immerse herself in the practice and found a two-week yoga teacher training that changed her life. In those long days of exploring yoga postures, anatomy, and breath work, the philosophy classes first thing every morning really captured her attention. This was an area that was new to her and an area that had the most impact, changing the way she saw and reacted to events happening around her. Now, she spends most mornings doing a yoga practice that focuses on not only poses, but also breathing and meditating on these learnings. Carol is happy to share her knowledge and experiences with the bliss Spiritual Co-op community!
