I became interested in the physical practice of yoga when I became pregnant with my daughter as a way to remain active 17 years ago, and I still love it. About a year ago, I received my 200-hour yoga certification which included yoga for anxiety and yoga Nidra. I’m learning that yoga is so much more than the pose, that it is a constant practice and walk through life that takes me more into the mediative as well. I was drawn to yoga Nidra as it teaches letting go or attraction and aversion. This is a notion that greatly appealed to me as I had a lot of material that I wanted to let go of both past and present. I’m still moving in that direction and would be honored to share and experience this growth with anyone that wants to join me in a yoga Nidra practice at bliss.
I work as a real estate broker and I love baking, paddleboarding, walking, reading, and trying any new restaurant. I have the best cat in the world. You may check him out on Instagram at The Daily Big.
