7:00 – 8:30 pm (EST), 2x/month on the 1st & 3rd Monday in the KNOWING room.
Let’s come together in community to share experiences of grief and learn ways to cope, explore and share in the ways we can learn from our grief and give hope to each other.
This offering will continuously rotate through an eight-week series with each week based on a chapter in the book by Alan D. Wolfelt, Understanding Your Grief: Ten essential touchstones for finding hope and healing for your heart. Participants are encouraged to jump in at any time during the eight-week rotating series. The book is recommended for the class, but not required.
We will explore practical coping techniques which we will be practicing together during the class including the healing modalities of breath work, meditation, prayer and yoga. Each of these modalities may be further incorporated into your life through many other classes hosted at bliss and beyond.
