What is Qi Gong?  

Qi means Energy and Gong means skill or work. It is a very ancient Chinese practice with origins in Chinese Medicine. When done regularly it can improve our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being. Qi Gong has been practiced for over 4000 years and is one of the most practiced forms of exercise in the world. It can be described as mindfulness in motion.
